This is one of those sites where you see a huge stone standing up proud of the field boundary and get excited, then when you look over the wall you see one standing stone and four fallen ones.

This would have been such a wonderful alignment. The five stones cover a length of 10m and the sole upright one is 2m tall - the other stones would have been of similar height.

I just want to keep writing that this would have been a wondeful row. I think this site made me quite sad.
