This is one of those tombs that you find which has co-existed with man for probably thousands of years and come to relatively little harm. It is along side a track, still in its mound (but open at the front), built into a wall within 20m of a barn.
It is a small box-like wedge tomb whose gallery measures 1.5m in length and is 1.3m wide by 1.1m tall. You can't help but admire the staying power of monuments that manage to cope with the pressures of modern farming, nor can you fail to respect the farmers who have respected them over the many years.
