The high cross at Cashel is an unusual one. It has a high relief figure on one side (St. Patrick) and the crucifixion on the other.

The arms are supported on 'crutches' rather than by the ring normally associated with sculptured crosses.

I presume that the one on display inside is the real one and the one in situ outside is a copy, as has been done at Clonmacnoise.
