After seeing a lot of pictures of cross pillars ranging from 1m to 2ms I was expecting to have to search the grave yard for this one. Wrong!! It is nearly 6m tall!

What ads to the surprise is that it is extremely slender, just 30cm along each side. The top it covered in some lichen and so the only crosses I could see on it are quite low down. I don't know if there are any further up.

The two crosses I saw were a simple one and one that looks very like a German iron cross motif.
