Visit Notes

Sunday, 14th July 2002

As I drove past this church I couldn't help being attracted to the incredible tower and its mad windows and so I decided to take a look around.

Had I checked my field guide before setting out I would have definitely stopped here anyway because of the cross slabs, but it was good to 'happen' upon them by accident.

In the grounds of the church are two crypts. In one of these you can see skulls and bones lined up on the sides, which is quite spooky - I'm gald it was a bright sunny day!
