Visit Notes

Sunday, 30th June 2002

I didn't catch this stone in the best light. I could see the markings easy enough but photographically had little success.

The carvings seem to include some cups, cup and rings and crosses. There are also several foot prints cut inyo the rock. Most of them look like foot prints that a child would draw, but one of them looks very shoe like - about a size five I'd say.

I can't think when would be a good time of day would give you good light on this stone, but it is worth seeing if you're in the area.
