This sign posted circle lies 200m from the road across some very boggy ground. There is nothing exceptional about it but it is a very nice little arrangement. There is something about the stones and the balance of structure that appealed to me.
The marsh grasses are quite tall right now and obscure some of the smaller stones. There are two 1m high stones at the south east, presumably an entrance. The other stones are no more than 30cm high. I thought at first that these had fallen because they are wider than they are tall, but they are definitely set in their positions.
The weather was miserable while I was here and so I don't think I saw the circle at its best, but I still quite liked it.
