Visit Notes

Saturday, 4th May 2002

On first glance into the field where these stones stand I thought that it would not be possible to find them amongst the gorse but then we saw them. The approach to them is not too pleasant as it is across a bog, but that's fun in good weather.

There are just four stones remaining now forming a definite arc that would have been the south east side of the circle. Three of the stones are just 60cm tall but one taller one remains at around 1.2m.
