I don't think I can say anything about this site that hasn't already been said by many people. What an incredible place! Truly unbelievable in its scale and design.
The huge 60m long, 20m wide trapezoidal cairn houses a full court at the east, two chambers in the center, each 5m in length and four sudsidary chambers to the rear that are possibly of the passage tomb class.
Most of the kerb and in fill is still present and the only thing to put any sort of dampener on this wonder is the wall surrounding it which is far too close. I can not (nor will I ever) know why a little more land is not purchased with these sights.
It is very hard to appreciate the scale of this monster site while standing next to it I feel a raised gallery to one end would be a great improvement (well, the surrounding wall ruins any views and openess a site like this should have).
The 10m x 8m court houses a small iron smelting area too, presumably the workers were trying to gain some power from this site.

After the 'realness' of Tamnaharry (County Down) I thought the refurbished-ness of Creevykeel would be a good comparison for Uta, my wife, to get a good idea of how these magnificent monuments would have looked.
While standing around I couldn't help but with that the trees to the east be cut down to allow a full view through to the sharp edged mountains on the horizon.
