This 2m x 1m sloping table of rock stands in a very rocky field near to some farm buildings. Two fine panels in a neighbouring field are now overgrown.
When I first saw this panel there were just two motifs visible: a very worn cup-and-ring design near to the high end and a cup-and-ring design in somewhat better condition. However, lurking beneath the turf line we uncovered several more extraordinarily beautiful motifs. The pick marks are still visible in these.
As mentioned, there are many large stones in the same field, but none of these seem to have designs on them. This stone is at the lower end of the field roughly in the centre.
