Visit Notes

This well is one of the stations of the pattern here. It stands alongside the road that leads up to the monastic site.

A modern 1m tall wall surrounds the well, which is accessible through a small opening to one side. The modern wall ruins the site in my oppinion, making it a very sterile site.
