There are two cross slabs here. One is a plain affair that lies amongst gorse bushes near to the other. The upright one has a crude carving on its south face that is probably a poorly executed knot design, although it looks like a pair of scissors! This slab stands a little over 1m tall at the northern end of a raised bank that runs for 50m down the slope.

The landowner showed me to the site and told me that he's always been told that the cross originally came from Culfeightrin Church on the north side of Knocklayd Mountain.
