After the great site just two fields away (see Knockcurraghbola Crowlands (west) (County Tipperary)) this was a real disappointment. There is just a jumble of slabs in a pile at the edge of a field. One or two seem to be set into the ground and seem to indicate an east-west alignment for the gallery. From here the views are very similar to those at the better tomb.
While looking around the slopes from here I saw a standing stone (see Knockcurraghbola Crowlands (County Tipperary)) a short distance away and headed off to that.
