The grid reference for this site is a 'guestimate', because I was only able to see the stone from a distance.
This pointed standing stone is not in its original place, but was moved when one of the nearby bungalows was built. At the time it wasn't thought to be significant, but its proximity to Glendruid (County Dublin) was enough to prompt a proper archaeological examination.
This revealed that the stone marked an urn burial.
